Have you ever wondered how jewellery is made? would you like to learn? During this six week course you will learn various techniques in order to make your own beautiful pieces of jewellery and leave with a sound knowledge of how you did it. We will start off by making rings and progress from there, being led by your ideas.
On this course you will learn basic metalsmithing techniques of sawing, sizing accurately, filing, sanding, hammer texturing, stamping, stone setting and soldering.
Copper and brass will be provided along with teas, coffee and biscuits. Silver and stones will be available to purchase.
